The Harte Research Institute's State of the Gulf of Mexico Summit (SGM SUMMIT 2011) offers an unprecedented opportunity to interact with those who know the Gulf of Mexico best. As one of the most productive bodies of water on Earth, many stakeholders rely on the Gulf of Mexico.
